Ridgeline Part 3

Looking west.  On the left is a modern Korean cemetery on the rear slope of the knob/ridgeline defended by the single platoon.  The post war railroad is visible behind along with the extension of the ridge.  On the right is the aforementioned knob.


Looking to the rear from the west side of the road.  The clearing on the left is the location of the monument and ridgeline.  Four hundred yards behind the ridgeline were the mortars.  The North Korean tanks continued down the road without deploying and passed the five howitzers 2,000 yards in the rear.
